Trebellanic Portion

“In conse-quence of this article, the trebellanlc portion of the civil law—that is to say, the portion ot the property of the testator which the insti-tuted heir had a right to detain when he was charged with a fidei commissa or fiduciary bequest—is no longer a part of our law.” Civ.
